This 90,000 sqft. prior mall, adjoining a 55,000 sqft. Safeway, was acquired by Dickerhoof Properties in March 2006. The center received a $4,000,000 renovation and repositioning in 2006 and 2007 making it appear new. The center is located on the south east corner of Washburn and Sixth Street, Klamath Falls two main retail arteries. The center is home to Famous Footwear, Petco, Ross Dress for Less, JoAnn Fabrics (opening late summer 2012), Hallmark, Holliday Jewelers, and Verizon, making it the dominant retail center.
