This shopping center was acquired by Dickerhoof Properties in April 2009 and is located on Winston's premier retial artery. The center consists of a 25,000 sqft. Shop Smart supermarket, a 9,000 sqft. Dollar Tree, and 7,134 sqft. of shop space. In 2009 the center under went a $1,000,000 renovation and expansion that included new facades, site upgrades, and monument signs.
